We are an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) recognized by the City of Sacramento. The Sac City LGBTQ+ ERG was formed in 2020 by City employees to bring our community together.

Here at City of Sacramento LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring City Employees together, update policies, and educate.

We educate and provide training on LGBTQ+ subjects for employees.

We provide LGBTQ+ employees and allies with a “safe space” to network with others, including hosting social events.
